Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa trzyletniego procesu certyfikacji na zgodność z normami PN-EN ISO 14001:2015, PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017, PN-ISO 45001:2018,PN-EN ISO 22301:2020.

Usługa zostanie wykonana przez Wykonawcę etapami od dnia zawarcia umowy, tj.:
I etap usługi - audyt recertyfikacyjny na zgodność z wymaganiami norm: PN-EN ISO 14001:2015, PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017, PN-ISO 45001:2018 oraz audyt certyfikacyjny na zgodność z normą PN-ENI SO 22301:2020, przeprowadzone łącznie, w terminie do 16 grudnia 2022r.;

II etap - audyt w nadzorze w zakresie norm: PN-EN ISO 14001:2015, PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017, PN-ISO 45001:2018,PN-EN ISO 22301:2020, przeprowadzony łącznie w 2023r. w nieprzekraczalnym terminie wskazanym w dokumentach certyfikacyjnym;

III etap - audyt w nadzorze w zakresie norm PN-EN ISO 14001:2015, PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017, PN-ISO 45001:2018,PN-EN ISO 22301:2020, przeprowadzony łącznie w 2024r., w nieprzekraczalnym terminie wskazanym w dokumentach certyfikacyjnych.
